Performing Company

Our Performing Company at Maddie's Dance Studio is an exclusive, invite-only group of dancers who exemplify dedication, commitment, and a passion for dance. This special program provides dancers with unique opportunities to perform beyond the spring recital and grow as artists in the dance community.

Season 2 is almost here, and we can’t wait to see what this season has in store! Each year, a select group of dancers will be invited to join the Performing Company. If you’ve been chosen, congratulations! You’re about to embark on an exciting journey.

Program Overview
The Performing Company will involve several exciting elements, including:

  • Early Dance Season Kick-off: The season begins with our mandatory “Booty Camp” to get a head start on choreography and training.

    • Booty Camp Dates: Tuesday, September 2nd - Friday, September 5th, 2025

    • Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

    • Please note that attendance is mandatory as we will be learning and finishing choreography for the season during this time.

  • Required Weekly Dance Classes:

    • Dancers must attend four weekly classes to be part of the Performing Company:

      • Performing Company Class: Mondays, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

      • Leaps & Turns: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

      • Musical Theater Jazz: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

      • Ballet: Fridays, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Competitions & Performances:

    • The Performing Company will participate in:

      • 2 Competitions (dates and locations TBD)

      • Local Performances (dates and events TBD)

      • Featured roles in the spring recital.

What’s Included in the All-Inclusive Tuition?
Our all-inclusive tuition covers the following, ensuring that dancers have everything they need to succeed in the Performing Company:

  • Exclusive Performing Company Jacket

  • Studio T-Shirt (the same shirt worn by all studio dancers)

How to Join?
The Performing Company is invite-only, meaning dancers will be selected based on their dedication, commitment, and growth in dance. Each year, new dancers will be chosen to join the company. If you’re selected, you can fill out the registration form below.

Adding additional classes

In addition to the 4 required classes for performing company members, you may add on additional electives for a highly discounted rate of $300 (as opposed to the normal $999/class).


We would love the dancer's to be able to partake in as many classes they would like. We have some great styles that will allow our dancer's to enrich their dance education.

Payment Information

The regular rate for performing company is $3,500 (plus tax). We have three different options to pay:


OPTION 1: Payment plan. We only offer payment plans to company members. If you would like to do a 6-month payment plan, there will be a 10% increase in price. You will be charged $640 (plus tax) on the 1st of every month from July 1st-December 1st. The total would end up being $3,840 (plus tax). Please note: if adding on additional electives, the electives will not be part of the payment plan and will be charged on the first payment on 7/1.


OPTION 2: Pay in full before May 31st (company registration deadline) and receive 10% off tuition price! This would bring your total down to $3,150 (plus tax). If adding electives, they will also be 10% off.


OPTION 3: Register now, be charged on August 1st. You will simply be charged the full $3,500 (plus tax) plus any electives added on August 1st.

Waiver of Release and Liability

In consideration of the risk of injury associated with participating in dance (the "Activity") and my desire to participate, I voluntarily enter into this Waiver and Release of Liability. I waive any rights, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Activity.


I release Maddie's Dance Studio LLC and Sportsplex Stamford LLC, located at 49 Brown House Rd, Stamford, CT 06902, along with their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), from any liability for physical or psychological injury resulting from my participation.


I understand and accept the risks of the Activity, which may include physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. These risks may arise from my own or others' negligence, travel conditions, or conditions at the Activity location. I assume all related risks, known and unknown.


I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees against any claims or actions, including legal fees, related to my participation. I acknowledge that Releasees are not responsible for any errors or omissions by those conducting the Activity. I authorize Maddie's Dance Studio LLC and Sportsplex Stamford LLC to provide emergency medical care if needed and agree to cover all associated costs. I understand I should have my own health insurance.


I acknowledge that the Activity may involve physical and mental challenges with potential for serious injury or death. I will participate only if I am medically able and properly trained and will follow the decision of the Activity officials regarding my participation.


I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and agree to release Maddie's Dance Studio LLC and Sportsplex Stamford LLC and their affiliates from all claims, including those arising from ordinary negligence. This Release is governed by Connecticut law and supersedes any prior agreements. I agree to be liable for any damage to equipment or facilities resulting from willful actions or negligence.


This Waiver and Release remains in effect for the duration of my participation. The agreement is made voluntarily and will be interpreted as written. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and invalid provisions will be enforced as limited.


I affirm that I am 18 years or older and am signing this agreement freely, having read and understood its content.


Parent/Guardian Waiver for Minors

If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign:
